2. Account Registration & User Obligations

  1. Visitors can browse all products without registration. However, account registration is required for order checkout, logistics tracking, after-sales application and order management.
  2. You shall provide true, accurate, complete and latest personal information during registration. You are solely responsible for all operations, orders and liabilities generated under your account.
  3. You are obligated to keep your account password confidential and ensure account security. Please contact our customer service to freeze your account immediately once unauthorized login or account theft is detected. We will not compensate for any property losses caused by password leakage or account lending by users.
  4. Prohibited Acts: You shall not use this website for illegal activities, intellectual property infringement, harassment, fraud or network attacks. No copying, tampering, reproduction or commercial use of all texts, images, videos and page designs on this website is permitted without our written authorization.

3. Product Information & Pricing

  1. We strive to ensure consistency between product pictures, size specifications, color descriptions and actual goods. Minor color differences caused by different display screens of electronic devices are not regarded as product quality issues, and such returns or refunds based solely on color difference will not be accepted.
  2. All displayed prices are product prices only, excluding destination tariffs, customs clearance fees, local consumption taxes and additional logistics fees. We reserve the right to adjust product prices anytime without prior notice to registered users.
  3. In case of incorrect ultra-low prices caused by system failures, we have the right to cancel abnormal orders unilaterally and issue full original refunds without additional compensation.

4. Payment Terms

  1. We support mainstream global payment methods, including Credit Card, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay and other compliant cross-border payment channels.
  2. All orders will be arranged for stock preparation and shipment only after full payment is confirmed. Unpaid orders will be automatically closed by the system overtime.
  3. By confirming order payment, you authorize us and our official payment processors to deduct corresponding order fees from your payment account.
  4. All transaction handling fees and cross-border payment channel fees shall be borne by users unless official free fee promotion activities are launched.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  1. Order Processing Time: Orders will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days after successful payment (weekends and statutory holidays are excluded).
  2. Shipping Time: Standard international shipping takes 7-20 business days; expedited shipping takes 3-7 business days. All shipping time is estimated only. We will not be responsible for delivery delays caused by customs inspection, severe weather, logistics carrier backlog and other objective factors.
  3. Tariff & Customs Liability: All destination import tariffs, customs clearance fees and deposit fees incurred during cross-border transportation shall be borne solely by recipients. Our store will not undertake any customs-related costs.
  4. Lost & Damaged Packages: We provide full refund or free reshipment for packages lost by logistics carriers. For products damaged during transportation, please refer to our Refund & Return Policy for after-sales solutions.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All copywriting, product images, promotional videos, store logos, page layouts and original designs on this website are protected by global copyright, trademark and intellectual property laws. Without our written permission, no individual or merchant may copy, modify, resell or publicly spread our original content. We reserve the right to pursue full legal liability and economic compensation for all infringements.

7. Liability Disclaimer

  1. Within the scope permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect economic loss, incidental loss or mental damage arising from your use of our website or products.
  2. We shall not be liable for order delays, service interruptions or website malfunctions caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, wars, public health controls, government policy changes and crashes of third-party payment or logistics systems.
